These General Terms of Sale cover every purchase from South Loop Studios Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16933824, registered office 38 South Loop Park, Birmingham, B16 0AF, United Kingdom; VAT number GB511185230).
1. Which Terms Govern Your Purchase
Each of our products has its own terms, which apply to purchases of that product and take precedence over this page:
- Orbit software (Orbit, Orbit Pro, Orbit Lite, Cota, and related products) — the Orbit Terms of Service, the End User Licence Agreement, and the Orbit Refund Policy.
- Esfera (the streaming platform) — the Esfera Terms of Service, from Esfera’s launch.
- Professional and consulting services — the engagement agreement or statement of work agreed for that work. Where none exists, these General Terms apply.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Who sells to you — South Loop Studios Limited directly, or Stripe’s Onelink service as merchant of record — depends on the product and your billing country, and is stated in the applicable product terms and at checkout.
3. Consumers
If you are a consumer, nothing on this page or in any product terms affects your statutory rights, including any statutory right to cancel and remedies for products that are faulty or not as described.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
